Ventures In Motion, LLC - Concord, CA - (September 2005 to May 2008)
Founder and President: Locating, structuring, purchasing, and selling business and real estate investment opportunities across the nation. Investments have included single and multi-family real properties, redevelopment projects, land banking, hard money lending, Short Sales, and REO’s.

RE/MAX CC Connection: RE/MAX Allied Brokers; Better Homes Realty - Walnut Creek, CA - (October 1996 -June 2005)
Broker Associate ranked in the top 5% nationally in closed sales volume as a Platinum Award winner. Listed and sold residential and commercial real property to investors and individuals. Built a successful support team that relied upon 100% repeat or referral clients. This was in large part to organization and systems which were created and implemented in behalf of and by the team.

Bay Pacific Mortgage - Walnut Creek, CA - (December 1989 - October 1996)
Senior Residential and Commercial Loan Officer/Broker. Created commercial and personal financing opportunities for commercial investors and individual real property buyers. Within two years built this business from nothing to rank in the top 5% of all loan brokers in the state of California. Within three years 100% of business was repeat or referral business.

Benefit Capital Corporation - Oakland, CA - (November 1983 - December 1989)
President. Commercial real estate syndication ventures, purchasing and selling real property holdings, hard money lending, and management of a $100,000,000 portfolio of properties held throughout California. As President reorganized the company, creating and implementing new systems, and building a team of professionals, resulting in an increase of the annual net profits for the company over six times that of my predecessors. In addition, responsible for structuring private offering and working with attorneys and actuaries in this regard, to make sure that BBC kept all offerings within Reg D guidelines as set by the S.E.C.

Western Plan Administration Company - Oakland, CA - (March 1984 - October 1984)
President. Was brought in on a short term contract to reorganize the company, create, and implement new systems aimed at increasing the company’s services to our clients and at the same time increase the net profits realized by the company. In addition, I was to train the Vice President to take-over as President upon my vacating this position. Accomplished all required actions including increasing the companies available services to clients while increasing annual net profits five times their previous level.

Bishop Hawk. Industrial Commercial Sales and Leasing- Lafayette, CA - (August 1982 - November 1983)
Vice President, General Manager. In charge of hiring and training commercial sales and leasing force including the office support staff. Reorganized company sales and leasing procedures, escrow files, support staff procedures for sales and leasing force. During this time period took monthly booked sales (i.e. monthly gross income) from $250,000 per moth to $2,500,000 per month, thereby increasing the net annual profit over ten times pervious levels.

Syndicated Capital, LLC - Pleasant Hill, CA - (November 1980 - August 1982)
Co-Founder - Partner. Involved with my partner in the sales and leasing of commercial properties and offering appraisal service to clients in California. During this time period we closed over $20,000,000 in sales volume.

Better Homes Realty - Walnut Creek, CA - (September 1977 - November 1982)
Broker Associate - Co-Owner of Franchise. Shared in rotating quarterly management responsibility for office staff and the day to day business of the office. Primarily involved in the listing and selling of residential real property to individuals and investors. Consistently ranked in the top 1% for number of closed sales throughout all Better Homes Offices and was the recipient for the highest closed sales volume award throughout California.

Valley Realty - Concord, CA - (September 1973 - September 1977)
Office Manager. After 2 years in sales became the office manager. Responsible for running all functions of the office including training support staff, creating and implementing systems, training and motivating sales force, while maintaining my own personal sales volume. Ranked in top 3% of company closed number of sales and in the top 5% of top closed sales volume.
