Originally from the City of Chicago, Jack Bataoel came to Bloomington/Normal to attend Illinois State University to pursue a degree in Criminal Justice. After living in the area for four years, he realized what a wonderful, unique area it was, and decided to call it home. An entrepreneur by heart, Jack started his first business as a painting contractor and quickly became one of the largest and most successful painting companies in town. This business gave him the experience with dealing with new construction, home owners, home buyers, and realtors. After eight successful years, Jack decided it was time to move on to a new adventure, and purchased Rhino’s Nightclub, in historic Downtown Bloomington. After rehabbing the interior, the once unpopular nightclub soon became one of Bloomington’s Hotspots. Jack is thankful for all the relationships he has formed along the way.

Jack finally fulfilled his dream to obtain his real estate license. He has quickly jumped into the business and is very excited to be a member of Coldwell Banker Heart of Illinois Realtors, LTD. Soon after starting his Real Estate career Jack formed a team to counter his fast growing buiness. Jack's prior business experience came to great use when he noticeed the rapid growth of clients and referrals. He realized to service his clients he needed assistants to handle different aspect of the business. Jack's self driven attitude combined with his experience, organization and knowledge has proven to be successful for his clients, referrals, and new home buyers.

Even though Jack works very hard for his success, he loves to spend time with his family. Playing with his children is one thing Jack looks forward to everyday, and of course he LOVES to spend time with his WONDERFUL wife as well. Family vaules was instilled in Jack at a very young age and Jack is very much a family man.

Jack lives on the east side of Bloomington with his wife Beth, their two children Zack and Marion, their dog, Baby, and their cat, Abby. He is an avid Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan, and he enjoys playing softball, golf, fishing and most importantly, playing outside with his two young children.
