Kathy and Larry Schmidt

Kathy is the owner and broker for the Schmidt Realty Group brokerage. In addition to serving sellers, she develops the marketing used to promote their listings and team and sets the business direction for the group. She obtained her real estate license in 1993 and has served on the Professional Standards Committee at the Edmonton Real Estate Board for many years. She has served hundreds of families with their real estate needs, and helping their clients and team members achieve their personal goals with excellence is what Kathy is all about. Larry is a co-owner of the brokerage and is responsible for the high-quality photos found on their Web-site and in their property brochures.

Long-term Edmonton residents, Kathy and Larry love their city and know it like the back of their hand. Happily married since 1979, they love to spend time off together on their motorcycle in the summer or catching the latest movie together in the wintertime. It is Kathy and Larry's goal to provide a "wow" experience for all clients of the brokerage and to create the best working environment in Edmonton. Each year they are blessed to meet many wonderful new clients and work with a team who they consider dear friends.
