The Terry McDaniel Team

"I am not judged by the number of times I fail but the number of times I succeed, and the number of times I succeed is in direct proportion to the number of times I fail and keep trying." This quote, from an unknown source, is a perfect example of Terry McDaniel's philosophies and how he and his team approach business. He started in real estate back in 1973 after graduating from the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Marketing. He later went on to also receive a Masters in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin. He has been with Intero Real Estate in Danville, California, since 2003 and has been married for 33 years to his beautiful wife, Sally, who is also an integral part of the team. Together they have three grown children: Greg, Brad, and Kelli.

Chris Callahan has been with the team since 1999. He joined Terry in the business after relocating back to California from Texas with his wife when they were expecting their first child, realizing they wanted to settle somewhere before the baby was born. He began as a buyer specialist after speaking with a mutual friend and a quick phone conversation with Terry.

Terry and Sally's son, Greg McDaniel, followed in his father's footsteps at Terry's invitation and became a part of the team as a buyer specialist after spending some time at college. Initially thinking he'd only try it for a few months, now having been with the team for six years, he has come to realize that he loves the business.
