Tim Kuptz and Shawn Cunningham

Tim Kuptz with Team Kuptz had a great mentor and partner in real estate, his mom Joan Kuptz. Today, Tim moves forward with the lessons and experiences during his partnership focused on evolving into business poised to win in any market. He directs a flexible and diverse real estate operation focused on early adoption of techniques and technologies to position and maintain competitive advantages in his marketplace. Dear to Tim is directing the annual Fore! CMN golf tournament he founded benefiting a local children's hospital. He is co-owner of his multi-office brokerage and is co-founder and lead instructor of a real estate business and sales training school. Away from the office, Tim enjoys coaching youth football, reading, or riding dirt bikes in the desert and mountains surrounding Las Vegas. Tim is the father of two young boys and married to his best friend, LeeAnn, who stays away from real estate.

Shawn Cunningham was born in Detroit, Michigan, as the second-to-last child in his family. His younger twin brother came just three minutes after him. His mother was a nurse and single mother of four for most of his childhood. After moving to Las Vegas as a child and growing up there, Shawn got into real estate while still in high school, working as an intern focusing on graphic design and marketing for Team Kuptz. Upon entering college at UNLV working on an economic degree, Shawn expanded his role to Marketing Director and took responsibility for sellers after the listing was taken at the age of 17. After getting his license at the age of 19, Shawn focused on working with sellers and buyers generated from online marketing. In 2005, Shawn took over day-to-day operations of the team and the title Operations Director with the primary focus of managing buyer specialists and staff and listing homes.
