Tracy and Carol Kable

Tracy Kable is also a native of Charles Town. She is married to Carol's son, Tyree, and has a 15-year-old stepdaughter. In October 1999, she joined her mother-in-law Carol Kable in the real estate business, and just two months after joining the team, Carol required her to attend a Buyer Specialist University. Tracy says it was the best requirement Carol could have had! Her real estate business began to prosper from the start. Her first year she handled 29 transactions resulting in 4 million in sales. Her giving spirit extends beyond her family and clients to the community, where she volunteers extensively as a 4-H Leader and is also Vice President of her local Board of REALTORS. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading and traveling. She also values her time with close friends, her husband and stepdaughter.
