Connie Erickson, Brenda Rawls and Penny McLaughlin

In 1984 Connie left a successful 13-year teaching career to enter the world of real estate in Door County, Wisconsin. Connie continues to be the top salesperson in her market and last year closed 134 units for over $28 million in sales and listings closed. Connie is a generous contributor to charities and is active in many community organizations. In 2001 Connie was featured in REALTOR Magazine's 'Top 300 Residential Salespeople', and continues to give back to the profession that's given her so much as an instructor for her location MLS, as a GRI instructor for the Wisconsin REALTOR Association and as a speaker at several Wisconsin state conventions.

Since starting in real estate, Brenda has been a constant innovator who brings fresh and original ideas to her complex and fluid market, and that keeps her among the top three agents in her area. Brenda also has one of the largest and most supportive referral bases in the state and an exceptional "Star Team" of associates behind her. With her team of five, she closes over 100 transactions every year. Besides having a passion for real estate, she has one for art and has been a Docent (tour guide) for 22 years at one of the top 16 museums in the U.S. She is married to her elementary school, high school, and college boyfriend and they have three sons.

Penny works the Seattle suburbs "Country near the City." Penny's "the actions of one philosophy" manifests itself readily in her career. Her commitment to the best customer service has gotten her a reputation as the most professional agent in the area. The service of her team is unsurpassed, from handling the transaction to free use of their moving truck.
