Alex and Cadey Charfen

Alex Charfen is a one-of-a-kind entrepreneur who prides himself on finding the opportunity in any situation. He creates deals where others see none and is most excited when helping others thrive. He has been involved in the purchase and sale of hundreds of investment properties in South Florida and across the country and has helped others build their wealth through real estate. He now devotes much of his time to speaking, authoring, and mentoring and helping others determine what drives them and maximizing their potential. Alex recently completed the book "Mastering Short Sales for Real Estate Agents" that will be published by Relatis, the co-founder of the Distressed Property Institute that developed the CDPE Designation for real estate agents.
