Allison Simson

Allison Simson is the owner/broker of Summit Real Estate"The Simson Nenninger Team. She purchased the company from an established broker, Joyce Nenninger, in 2005. The company continues to thrive and break its own records.

Allison has lived in Summit County, Colorado, for 15 years and has been a broker since 1992. Prior to that, she was a ski instructor at Keystone Resort after moving home to Colorado from San Francisco, where she was in the advertising business.

Allison is the mother of twin six-year-old daughters, and she and her husband love raising the girls in the Colorado mountain sunshine. In addition to her busy real estate business, she teaches yoga and has for 12 years. Her yoga practice keeps her balanced and sane on the crazy roller-coaster ride of real estate.
