Martin Bouma

Martin has been a resident of Ann Arbor since 1977, when he moved there to attend the University of Michigan. Graduating with a degree in Biochemistry, he worked for a while at St. Joseph's Hospital as a Respiratory Therapist. Little did he know that a successful career in real estate was awaiting him. He sort of puddled along in the business until he went to his first STAR POWER Conference in Ft. Lauderdale. It was there that his eyes were opened up and he began building his business.

Martin Bouma is now the #1 Realtor in Ann Arbor and Washtenaw County and has been for several years. However, he also understands that while he might be proud of that fact, all it really means to his clients is that he has some real experience in this business. These stealth sites are full of information such as what's for sale, what have homes/condos sold for, floor plans, site maps, bylaws, etc. Developing those stealth sites allowed Martin to create the perception that he was a major listing agent back in the day when he didn't have a lot of listings. The Condo Hotline alone contributes to 40% of Martin business, and he's expecting the Subdivision Hotline to do the same.
