A few months later due to economic conditions, he had to terminate her. Lee still tells the story of how he hired Noel, then he fired her, then he felt sorry for her, and took her in. 24 years later neither Lee, nor Noel regret having left their engineering backgrounds to sell real estate. From the first year they entered the business, their colleagues wanted to know everything about this new dynamic couple who were listing everything in town.
