Tracey Demer, Joe Hafner, and Rodney Shine

Tracey Demer grew up in Williamsburg, Virginia. She settled in upstate South Carolina in 1990 and started her professional career in the country club industry, working her way from waitress to Club Manager in just 3 years. She was then an office manager at a local plant, and then joined The Les Walden Real Estate Team in March of 2000. Her customer service skills and servants mentality have made her excel in the field of real estate where she enjoys working with her clients and making the home-buying process a pleasurable experience. She started with Les as a Closing Coordinator and has also been the Listing Coordinator, Buyer Specialist, and REALTOR Partner. Her role on the team now is as the Director of Client Services, where she oversees all facets of the team. Tracey lives in Seneca, South Carolina, and has two children, Haley (16) and Matthew (10).

Rodney Shine attended Texas Tech University where he earned dual BBA degrees (Accounting and Finance) in May of 1990. After graduation, Rodney returned to the Temple area to assume a staff accountant position with King's Daughters Clinic. Within five years, Rodney had advanced to the position of Chief Financial Officer. In May of 1997, Rodney officially joined The Shine Team as the Office Manager and Escrow Coordinator. Rodney provides "it's my pleasure" assistance to make the team's transactions smooth and effortless.

Joe brings more than a decade of real estate experience to The Jones Team. He's provided consulting services for many top residential real estate teams across North America. And as Operations Manager for the Jones Team Joe oversees the team's day-to-day operations, creates and refines systems, and works directly with John on marketing and new business development. He has co-authored a pair of real estate books, Sell It Yourself and Real Wealth by Investing in Real Estate and lives in Murfreesboro with his wife, Ruth, where they attend World Outreach Church.
