Patrick Vernon Lilly

Growing up in a small Maryland town, Patrick Vernon Lilly loved scouting out new homes with his father, collecting floor plans in three-ring binders for his imaginary real estate company, "The Chesapeake & Patrick." Little did he know that a successful career in real estate was awaiting him in New York.

The owner of his own boutique agency in the Flat Iron District of Manhattan for a decade, Patrick joined forces with Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy in 1996. The combination of Patrick's well-honed skills and Coldwell Banker's network of referring brokers has resulted in his being recognized as a "Mega-Broker" by Unique Homes Magazine and named as one of "New York's Broker Elite" by New York Living Magazine. Of the five New York boroughs, Patrick focuses primarily in Manhattan and has carved out a niche for himself as the Townhouse Specialist.
