Lindsay Smith

Lindsay Smith was born and raised in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada, and has lived in the area his entire life. He started his career in 1985, and within three years was recognized as one of the top REALTORS on his local board. Lindsay learned early in his career that a successful Real Estate agent means not only providing 110% service to his clients but also spending time working on improving his business and the service he provides to his clients. He credits his increase in client base to his approach to his work, honing an "advisory" or "consultative" approach to sales, as opposed to the "fast-moving salesperson" approach. Lindsay has one son, Cullen, an active, bright, and charming 11-year-old boy who has acquired the real estate knowledge that would rival that of a seasoned agent!
