Toril Schoepfer

Toril Schoepfer (show-fur) is a partner with ERA Premier Realty in Sumner, Washington. The opportunity to be self employed and share common business goals with her fellow real estate agents and her husband motivated Toril to become the area's top producing REALTOR within the ERA network of offices in Washington since the year 2000, and her team is currently ranked number 1 in AGC with ERA nationally. Their market sits on the border of 2 counties in the Seattle-Tacoma metro area. And where their immediate city is small, the team services a 10- to 20-mile radius that includes several communities with a variety of demographics.

Toril and her husband Joe, who is also a part of the team, have a little boy named Soren and live in a lake community called Lake Tapps, which is the same area where Toril grew up. She's been in the real estate business for 10 yearswhich by some standards, doesn't seem that long, until you discover that she's only 29 years old. As such, she's been recognized as one of REALTOR Magazine's "30 under 30."
