Bruce Hardie

Star Bruce Hardie with the Hardie Group, Inc., at Keller Williams Realty in Spokane Valley, Washington, was actually born and raised in Cairns, North Queensland, Australia. It was there where he developed his service approach and business philosophy while in the hotel and restaurant industry. He himself owned and operated restaurants for 11 years before meeting his wife, Amy, and then moving to the United States. They decided to make Spokane home in 1991 after doing lots of research and discovering that Spokane was a great place to raise a family. He and Amy now have three wonderful children, Lauren, Colin, and Allison.

His approach to the real estate business is built on the basics: He believes that all clients, buyers and sellers alike, deserve the best service possible in all aspects of the transaction. He feels education is critical, and he and his team are continually training and retraining to be able to better assist their clients. As a team, the Hardie Group has implemented systems throughout all aspects of the business, and they are constantly refining them, which enables them to comfortably close over 260 transactions per year. He also advocates consistency in contacting and adding to his database, and that it beats creativity any day of the week. But the defining aspect of Bruce's business philosophy is the team's mission statement, which is simply "To Always Care."
